This model is mainly used to compress the pipe diameter to achieve the purpose of increasing the density of magnesium oxide powder in electric heating pipes.

1: This machine is an integral cast iron bed. After the iron cast bed comes out, it is subjected to high temperature tempering for 72 hours to eliminate stress, due to the rigidity and strength of the cast iron integral casting bed, it is not easy to deform and ensure stable use in the future.

2: The roller pressing main shaft box is a whole structure, the tube size adjusting sliding block and box are all cut out by line to ensure that the precision is within 0.03mm. At the same time, a fine adjustment dial for the pipe diameter is provided. At the same time, the pipe diameter fine adjustment dial is provided. After the pipe diameter is adjusted, it can be freely reset to facilitate future adjustment. The rolling die R groove is equipped with automatic debris removal device, automatic dripping oil cooling device. 

3. The rolling die rotating motor gearbox is divided into two types: unequal speed (differential speed) and constant speed according to the diameter of the tube and the customer's requirements. The former has better extensibility, and the latter is suitable for pipes with larger diameters.

4. If changing the specifications, just need to replace the rolling die. The rolling die is divided into steel materials and tungsten carbide hard alloy.

5: The machine is equipped with an automatic shutdown function when the pipe is blocked
