Feature Description：

1. 1. Stainless steel argon arc welding pipe machine adopts continuous forming and on-line annealing technology, compact structure, precise control, stable performance, convenient operation.
    The main electric control of 1. pipe unit adopts man-machine interface, PLC control, convenient operation, Panasonic welding machine welding, stable and durable;
      2. The welding pipe mould and the main parts of the unit are processed by numerical control center to ensure the overall accuracy of the unit. The roundness tolerance of the welded pipe can reach :±0.05 mm, the special pipe roundness requirement can reach :±0.015 mm( it’s over the performance of the welding pipe equipment in the domestic industry);
      3. The welding part adopts sealed water-cooled welding box, which can ensure the welding seam is not oxidized, the welding is continuous and stable, the welding can be continuously welded for more than 12 hours, and the quality does not change; 
2.    4. Adopt upper and lower pneumatic welding torch frame, fine adjustment of upper and lower front and rear thin wire rod, and add double torch welding frame for thick wall tube (more than 1.0 mm wall thickness), can install the same time, can improve welding speed and weld quality; 
3.    5. Weld grinding adopts the newly developed automatic microcomputer controller to ensure uniform weld grinding;
      6. Online solid-solvent annealing equipment, with the domestic high-frequency power supply manufacturer Baoding Sanyi Tianxing Company, the development of online solid-solvent annealing equipment, to ensure that the mechanical properties of steel pipe after annealing stable and consistent;
      7. Weld leveling equipment is used to flatten the inner weld of stainless steel welded pipe on line, make the inner weld smooth and transition with base metal, eliminate the welded pipe. 
      8. Online burr-free pipe cutting machine, using alloy saw blade pipe cutting, length digital control, easy to operate and use.
