1. Coiling characteristics

Single and double wire can be operated; wire ends with taper shape or without.

2. High efficiency

Feeding length, variable diameter and pitch cam do not need to be adjusted mechanically with the change of coil specifications. It only needs to slightly modify the individual values in the computer program. The operation is simple and the adjustment is very fast.

3. High precision

The numerical control type theoretically has no error in feeding length. (Even if there is, the maximum wire feed command will not exceed 0.08mm, which is equivalent to the diameter of a human hair wire, and the error is so small that it can be ignored. Under normal conditions, it is only affected by the uneven M resistance of the electric heating wire.)

There is no need for manual secondary diameter reduction and secondary snip, which avoids human error. Save labor.

5. The coiling shape is variable and adjustable
